Contact suggestions - based on the Apple address book - are bad

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Having different contacts in the Apple address book with the same first name
2. Having the same first name added to other contacts in the note section
3. Search for this first name within your Widget

Searching for this first name in the Widget results in presenting not all the 
contacts with this first name first but mostly those contacts with the name in 
the notes section. I for instance have three people with the same first name 
but only one gets displayed when using your widget. All other suggestions 
relate to contacts with this first name in the notes section of a vcard.

I am on OSX 10.6.5 and have the latest widget version (14.12.2010)

Only people having a mobile phone number registered in the address book are 
displayed.
