would please add feature like patch option smillier to source tree ? #167

Hi @manojduraisamy7991, could you provide some more details on why this would be useful? I have used a feature like this in mercurial in the past, but have since found branches in git do what I need.

source tree has this feature. patch option only applies which branch get patch file only allow that branch
