"Download this document" - pdf #144

The "Download this document" link in document overview doesn't seem to work for PDFs.

Example: http://dev-c4d.pantheon.io/euwi-africa/document/report/national-consultations-water-post-2015-development-agendaconsultations-nationales-th%C3%A9matiques-sur-l%C2%B4

It seems to work OK for MS Word files: http://dev-c4d.pantheon.io/euwi-africa/document/communication/awg-meeting-stockholm-september-9th-2010-agenda-and-supporting-documents

Works fine for Excel files. Works fine for Zips.

What I meant is that when you click on the link it doesn't actually download the file on your local drive (typical behavior); instead, it opens it in your browser.

(I know that seems trivial but you'll be surprised by how many people in the EC don't know how to save a pdf from the browser to their local drive).

This is handled by the browser/ c4d -- we have no control on that via the migration.
