Instagram Connector - no business accounts

Hi there,

since more than 4 weeks I try to create an Instagram connector. The problem is, the list of business accounts is empty.

With my credentials, I can connect to the Facebook Insights and Facebook Ads connector
The Instagram account is connected to the correct Facebook page (as you described on your support page)
The instagram account is a business account
I deleted the Instagram credentials in Gladior and logged in again - didn't change anything
We talked with the Meta support, but they say, everything is correct

Do you have any ideas what the problem could be?

Hi, can you share your Data Hub userid please? you can find it onder your profile -> edit profile. It's the grayed out number at the bottom.

Hi @marcfs-analytics,

sorry for the late response. I was not able to find any issues in the way you have connected to the Data Hub. Are you sure the account you used to login has access to facebook page that is connected to the instagram account?
