Auth integration

⚠️ This branch is currently deployed in pre to be able to test carefully

This PR changes the auth workflow, so this means a lot of changes! Sorry for the hard review... but please read the following steps in order using the links to understand what is going on here easily:

• [x] Includes API auth library
• [x] Uses the library to login and fetch resources
• [x] Unify userPermissions in constants and move to selectors to avoid duplications
• [x] Move the userPermission logic decision from component to container

This also means a lot of testing before merging, to test carefully:

• [x] User login
• [x] User logout (this feature wasn't ready before, could we include it?)
• [x] User permissions works properly
• [x] Endpoints are fetched including the header token
• [x] Endpoints are fetched including the header token when the token is invalidated

As bonuses it includes some small changes as:

• [x] Remove unused login parts
• [x] Use links instead of buttons with js logic to redirect for accesibility
• [x] Fix the propTypes marked as error by eslint on the touched files
• [x] Disable reports as they are not working right now
