Describe the bug:
Approver requests appear only after scrolling down and back up.

Scope of the bug:
My task approver requests

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Raise any new request from grade scales
  2. Open the task approval page.
  3. Scroll down, then back up to view the requests.

Expected Behavior:
Requests should display immediately.

Actual Behavior:
Requests are delayed and hidden until scrolling.

in dynamodb we are unable to fetch with created_at

Issue 2: in Grade scale Add

if there are requests from same user if i reject one request and want to accept second request raised the requests is not visible and if i scroll down and scroll back up its visible
