Brackets before Name in Email Template #326

Describe the bug: Extra { brackets appear around the user's name in the email when accepting/rejecting an Archive Grade Scale request.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Accept/reject an Archive Grade Scale request.
  2. Check the email notification.

Expected Behavior: No brackets around the user's name.

Actual Behavior: Brackets { appear around the user's name.
