Cannot respawn on death #5

Installed with a large assortment of other mods on latest release. Clicking respawn does nothing, let me know if other details are needed to replicate. Log doesn't seem to have anything informative

Is this a forge or fabric thing? Or is it both

mod list would be appreciated :) and maybe you know which mods also have an effect on death

Forge, along with corail tombstone and hardcore revival

I'm experiencing the same problem too with Corail Tombstone. I'm playing on forge 1.16.4
