Create secondary calendars with command line #197

What steps will reproduce the problem?

I would like to create several secondary calendars, add stuff to them, and them 
remove them later, potentially.  like:

calendar createcalendar "new calendar"
calendar deletecalendar "new calendar"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

nothing

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? What
version of gdata-python-client (aka python-gdata)?

win xp 0.9.8

Please provide any additional information below.
