Simons 1997 data does not have date-time information #67

Steps to reproduce:

  1. search for Ariopsis felis
  2. click submit
  3. download raw data

Expected result: Observations from reference Simons 1997 have timestamps.

Actual result: Observations from reference Simons 1997 have no timestamps.

@jsimons9 kindly review the Simons 1997 datasets in globi and submit new version that includes datetime information. See https://github.com/jhpoelen/eol-globi-data/wiki#how-do-i--- for instructors on how to access the dataset used.
