Other options in config.json also being reset to default #100

Describe the bug It turns out #94 also applies to the resolution and tag options (and maybe more, I haven't tried using any others).

Expected behavior If I set a tag or resolution in my config.json I would not like them to be overridden when I run crunchy next. See #94 for more detailed breakdown.

Please fill theses informations: (Add a X between brackets to make them ticked if relevant)

Oh? Oops.

Will check that later today, that should be the last missing one, there is not a lot of options for which their state should stay between run
