Design Manager open in multiple tabs alert

No idea if this is even possible but would be pretty useful. It would be great if we could trigger an alert of some kind to let a user know when they open another instance of the design manager on a site they already have it open for.

This is to help prevent the annoying issue of if you accidentally have multiple design manager tabs open you can accidentally overwrite yourself.

lol, that happened to me so many times... 😆 I think it's possible but we will need extra permissions to check on the other tabs.
