[Nonprofit Site Guide] Add action items to Ecommerce section

We'd like to add two new action items to the Ecommerce section of the Nonprofit Site Guide that helps Admins navigate back to anything they skipped (or screwed up) during onboarding.

Manage Payments

• Position: 1
• Header: Manage Payments
• Content: If you skipped payment set up during onboarding, you can create or connect a Stripe account now using the button below.
• CTA Text: Connect Stripe
• CTA Destination: Same as onboarding

Update WooCommerce Store

• Position: 3
• Header: Update WooCommerce Store
• Content: You can update your Nonprofit location and add your full address using the button below. Note: Additional WooCommerce settings were updated on your behalf to meet GOODBIDS requirements.
• CTA Text: Update Store
• CTA Destination: WooCommerce > Settings
• Footnote: This button takes you to WooCommerce > Settings.
