For WYSIWYG editor in description areas on GD/BD/RD detail pages: The OK/Cancel button placement on the right edge is making the content area too narrow and is unnecessary. These buttons could be placed under the lower right corner and the edit box width could then cover the entire width of the area.

Made these fit above right corner and made it so that the edit box toolbar would not overlap with them. This was done in the series of commits for #10. Please see it for further details.
