Added ability to call back using the same SIM that the last call was made on Also, when using swipe to call it will color using the SIM color.

Do you think you'll be looking into this feature?

I really need this as I've called multiple people from the "wrong" SIM. If you think this is not acceptable I'd like to know, i'll just build my own version of the app, I really need this :)

I'll add that a little later. There is a new version being tested now with many critical changes and it needs to be well tested.
