Make the definition of "pages with layered navigation" extendable from the configuration #300

To make it possible, to add another handlers for which the FPC module should know they use layered navigation, without changing the code.

I refer to extending the list defined in class "Lesti_Fpc_Helper_Data" as "static protected $_pagesWithLayeredNavigation"
