Can't remove priority from task #3645

task <id> mod prio:

- What did you expect to happen? I was expecting the task to go down from priority H to priority None.

- What actually happened? Nothing happened. The task is still the same priority after running the task.

- Paste the output of the task diag command. task 3.1.0 Platform: Linux
