Adjust `/until` message when both users have the same gamma #137

When the /until command is run to compare two users, but both users have the same gamma, the message should reflect that.

Current behavior: `/until` response claiming the user will never catch up with a user, but they have the same gamma. `/until` response claiming the user will catch up in 0ms, but they have the same gamma.
