Clean up `feed` search option in `/search` command

Add feed to final message (currently it only appears in progress message)
Make feed argument case-insensitive
Make /r/ / r/ prefix optional (add it automatically if the user doesn't provide it)
Fix results sometimes returning all transcriptions instead of just the ones from the feed

Turns out that /search uses the /transcription/ endpoint, so the feed parameter doesn't do anything right now
