FSM doesn't take into account the ClockTime when the simulation begins #4

EG: You make an ADLSpecDiagram that starts activities at 9:0:0. You init the time of the simulation at 8:0:0.

When you launch the simulation the agent proceeds right away with it's activities not taking into account the ClockTime.
