Separate entity for User from RetailCustomer #136

Currently RetailCustomer act as an user. It would be better to have User entity and single customer can be accessed by one or more user.

What do you mean by the phrase "...single customer ..." that can be access by more than one user? It seems that you may be wanting to address the portfolio management use case(s) and/or the multi-tenant dense housing use-case?

This is related to the additional PII information models under discussion in OpenADE. I will anticipate the need to support this in 1.3 versions.
