Block out translation needs across UI

Here's how I think this works:

1. you manually add keys to en.json as you build
2. we (I with help from others) need to get those keys over into es.json and add translations.

Is that correct?

I'll send that to José and see if he can translate those items. Otherwise, we'll find a Plan B. There's not that many

Ok, sent the doc off to José Gonzalez for either him to translate or so he can recommend someone else to do it. Probably an hour or less for a Spanish speaker

Translations completed as of Nov 21. Will need a second round next week.
