How to use the app:

1. Create a new reflection.
2. Save the link, QR code or the file for later. Optionally password protect your data with encryption.
3. Click on the link, scan the qr code or import your file and make a new reflection.
4. Follow your progress over time and gain new insights about your wellbeing.
