Update rules priorities. #4

Update priorities using a mapping of resharper severities: ERROR -> MAJOR WARNING -> MINOR other -> INFO

I don't agree with mapping Warning to Minor

e.g.:

   <rule key="AccessToDisposedClosure">
-    <priority>MAJOR</priority>
+    <priority>MINOR</priority>
     <name><![CDATA[Access to disposed closure]]></name>

AccessToDisposedClosure is a pretty big deal

However feel free to set whatever levels you'd like on your own SonarQube instance
