add support for decoction mashing #20

a few weeks ago i brewed my first beer using the decoction mashing method (this graph shows what i did), mostly out of curiosity. and OH MY! the results were so wonderful that i'm keen on making this my default method.

it seems the brauhelfer down't support this yet, does it? if not, i'd like to see an option for that in a future release.

I never brewed with decoction, so it's difficult for me to implement something. But if this feature is requested by more people, we definetly need to have this feature!

thanks! you should definitely try the method! it's really easy (boil 50%, mix back together, boil 33%, mix back together -- done) and the taste is superb.
