This is the list of UI fixes required for milestone 2

[x] all design assets have been cut out of the illustrator file and added to this repo
[x] levels (homepage) matches illustrator file as much as possible/sensible
[x] quiz pages match illustrator file as much as possible/sensible
[x] all the functionality of UX prototypes has been implemented in the app

I'm going to close this - any specific UI bug that crops up from now on can get their own issue
