Issue #110 will be fixed before this is merged

@L8D I am not seeing this reflected. Tested in Chrome iPhone 6 and the video is still present.

@Ryan-Parker @GarrethDottin I just set it up such that it will revert to showing a GIF instead of the raw video when on mobile. I recorded a 10-second gif using LICEcap and Chrome's mobile inspector, but you can record your own if you'd like.

I also setup lazy-loading for the full-resolution landing background for improved perceived performance.

@L8D We like the use of the GIF a lot. But it needs to be re recorded using the same tasks that we have on the landing page currently and not "Something"
