Add a feature that allows specific delays.

Idea: Answer (Private, to not spam the instance with dev-nonsense) to your own Toot containing one of the following:

t2t.delay 30m -- delay 30 minutes t2t.delay 1h-- delay 1 hour t2t.delay 1h 15m and so on

t2.postat 12:30 -- post at 12:30 (always 24h) t2t.postat tomorrow 13:03 t2t.postat 2023-1-30 12:30
