What is the ground truth for noise level map when JPEG compression is considered? #13

What is the ground truth for noise level map when JPEG compression is considered? Is it still \sigma_c + L\sigma_s ? Thank you

You are right. The noise level map of CBDNet(JPEG) is the same with CBDNet.
