Extend the thread group syntax used in affinity expressions (perfctr and pin) 
and likwid-bench with a stride unit.

This is especially needed on architecture as AMD Interlagos if you want to use 
only one core per CU.

Task:

Redesign thread list syntax to allow for stride formulations.
