likwid-pin should work on unknown processor with physical core ids #83

Problem:

likwid-pin can only be used on known processors. While logical pinning depends 
on a supported processor the basic functionality should be usabel on any 
processor.

Solution:

Change the error handling to enable using likwid-pin on non supported 
architectures.
