Can't link MIC benchmark objects to likwid-bench #92

Currently, .o files (ptt -> pas -> .s -> .o) are generated using the gnu 
assembler, which doesn't know about the k10m architecture. Since include_MIC.mk 
already depends on icc as compiler, I suggest using icc for object generation 
from assembly files as well.
