Vothol ambiance may not be license compliant #272

While doing some digging into all Music currently used in moul-assets I discovered that the Vothol gallery's ambient track is track 2 off of this album - given that the artist clearly notes "all rights reserved," it is highly unlikely that this meets the requirements for our license (all content must be able to be distributed as CC BY-NC-SA 4.0), even if permission was explicitly granted by the original artist. (I have reached out to the original artist to check with them, but like I said, even with explicit permission this may not be enough if it simply does not meet the repo's license requirements in the first place.)

Note that this issue will essentially be closed by https://github.com/H-uru/moul-assets/pull/267 since that PR will remove the content from this repo outright, but (a) it seemed worth logging this, and (b) there could be value in swapping this out with one of the Cyan tracks first to be safe, depending on how others feel (I would recommend islmPalaceMusic_Loop.ogg).

HI Patrick,

Thanks for getting in touch, I do indeed recall giving permission for my music to be used to an old social media acquaintance, I'm very happy to give permission to you. I'm a big Myst fan, Riven changed my life and I played Uru when it came out, I love games like that, as such I was over the moon to be involved - thanks for keeping the world alive.

I'd quite like to revisit, is it all online now? I do most of my gaming via Geforce Now these days, is it on there? If not you should opt in, I'm sure a lot of people would like to play it again.

It's good to have this in writing, and nice to hear the artist is a fan as well. While there may still be an argument that this is still technically not compliant with our license, I think the fact that we know explicit permission was granted means at the very least we can relax a bit, and be comfortable simply letting #267 resolve this rather than rushing to implement an interim solution.

We could probably even close this now, but for good measure I'll wait to close this one once #267 is merged.
