Situation:

We use https://github.com/sindresorhus/get-windows, which is not super actively developed, but relied on my a lot of our research, D2USP and other projects
consider donating tot he key contributor/owner of the repository https://github.com/rize-io/get-windows is a fork by Rize (which sadly is not merged back); but they might have built extensions that are useful (e.g. url collecting for windows)

Tasks:

[ ] consider using other library OR creating custom fork
[ ] can we change it to also receive urls from browsers on Windows (similar to rize?)

[ ] rename to WindowActivityMonitor https://github.com/HASEL-UZH/PA.WindowsActivityTracker/issues/4
