The link opencode4connections.org is broken #36

In the online resources section of the HCLConncectionsCustomizer.md the link for opencode4connections.org seems to be broken.

We (OpenNTF) did not renew the domain for opencode4connections.org. It was only a landing page, links to videos that are on our YouTube, a link to a blog post and a link to the GitHub org for it. I'd recommend changing the link to the GitHub org, https://github.com/opencode4connections

@umeli @paulswithers I have replaced references to opencode4connections.org with the direct link (e.g. youtube and github.com) equivalents even though the relevancy is much lower since the sunset of Connections Cloud. Please review and close if satisfactory.
