Thanks @davidmilward for the PR. Could you update this PR to just the changes around the summary level changes as it includes many other unrelated schema changes, that will make this PR hard to review?

I would suggest just limiting to any name and description related YAML updates (JSON is autogenerated in the repo) and point to dataset-v2-summary
