Can't switch to Mag. Manager while holding a consumable #168

Unless I'm doing something wrong, holding a consumable prevents you from switching to the Mag. Manager.

Fixed. I had blocked the default HDWeapon key handling since I do my own, but I removed that block since the only key that does anything by default is the mag manager key. Fingers crossed this doesn't cause any issues but I think it should be fine.
