Harmonize Looting with Scarcity #201

Ultimately aim for a very simple synergy:

Scarcity

Instead of completely destroying items, move them to nearby monsters' inventory.
Monsters must be in LoS of the item.
Zombies/Humans can carry 4-5 items. Demons can only carry 1-2 items.
If no valid monster, leave the item alone. Preserves caches.

Looting

Pull items directly from monster inventory.
Only revert to loot tables / old logic if the monster has no inventory.
