Updates to the nightly RTP summary notebook

Per-day overall array health table:

• [x] X-engine status
• [x] Number of antennas in commanded state
• [x] Antenna status count
• [x] LST-range
• [x] Number of input files
• [x] Load / sky / noise
• [x] Number of correlating nodes
• [x] output as CSV

(We can prototype this table in a notebook but eventually we want constructing this table to be its own RTP step and the notebook can just load that data product)

• [x] List of "golden" antennas
• [x] List of antennas "good status" antennas that are flagged and list of "bad status" antennas that not flagged

Per-antenna:

• [ ] Fem status: reported and actual
• [ ] Auto limit checker

Other quality of life improvements:

• [x] HTML tags on cells so we can link to subsets of the notebook
