About using customized evidence file

Hi I want to know the details of using customized evidence file.

I found Addition file 1 for an example of it, but i don't understand.

I understood that i can input my evidence file by using "-s" option and evidence file should be formatted like above.

In my case, is it right?

And what is the format of file? Can i use it in .csv or .xlsx file?

You may find the detailed information about the evidence file in the example/vic_test1.evidence_file or example/vic_test2.evidence_file. They are tab-delimited text files. You can use it in .csv format.
