Improve access to documentation of additional bindings #922

Context: when additional bindings are displayed in the tables and detailed descriptions of IGs example at https://build.fhir.org/ig/hl7au/au-fhir-base/branches/additionalBindings/StructureDefinition-au-medication.html

Please add a lank from the text Additional Bindings to some docco about them. Maybe the extension definition at https://hl7.org/fhir/R5/terminologies.html#binding

Will change the "Additional Bindings" heading to be a hyperlink to the 'ElementDefinition-definitions.html' entry for additionalBindings.
