Draft Use Case: Multiple-exam Sync

Radiology reports often associate multiple orders. In these cases it's desirable to make available:

• The exam in focus
• A list of associated exams
• The 'main exam', which may be an implementation concept

Can you phrase this as a user story? I think that would help to convey the use case to be solved. I think it's a good use case, especially on the context sharing of "PACS to Dictation Software".

Not that I want to expand the use case greatly; but, should there be a consideration of, "The radiologist found this interesting image and creates the following dictation on this" - and they want the image or a link to that image embedded in the report. That, I guess, is out of scope for FHIRCast, but I think it's an interesting topic..
