Implemented the new logo as a splash screen

Please review the use of extern uint8_t ram[] to ensure this will not cause problems in some way
Code likely could be cleaned up a bit but not sure if this is a priority

Generated new MPLABX project and used those configuration files

I was having multiple problems with what is already in the repo. Please give these a try to ensure they work as expected on your IDE
