More prominent tags

Two of the main reasons people would go to the hacks page are: 1) "I want to do X, I wonder if someone's done something similar", and 2) "I love Y (some topic or technology), I'd love to see what people have built with it"

I know vedant started work on the backend requirements for search functionality. Someone want to work with him on the UI aspect and finish this up?
