Improving the CSS of Sign-In/Sign-Up Form

Expected Behavior

The form should not be too big.

Current Behavior

I noticed that the Sign-In form does not have a proper template styling.

Possible Solution

The Sign-In Form's CSS can be improved to look more appealing. I am a GSSOC'22 participant, kindly assign this issue to me. Thank you!

Steps to Reproduce

I will adjust the form size.
I will update the font family and font size.
I will update the Input styling.
