I got an interesting POV from the educator I mentioned in #9. She's thinking of trying to run this bot on a meeting with ~200 kids. Apparently, as far as aesthetics go, the kids seem to turn the chat into a Twitch-style and Twitch-volume chat anyway. I just wanted to note this particular "spam" is a non-issue in that scenario.

This also may be important for performance. The native Zoom client can be DOS'd by too many chat messages as the GUI element for chat does not garbage collect old chat messages.
