allow bot on zoom subdomains for enterprise accounts #9

Allow extension on zoom subdomains e.g. enterprise.zoom.us

Probably not the best way to do it because it also matches somethingzoom.us but here's a start at least.

@khusmann just tried out these changes with a school teacher from D.C. who found the bot via Reddit.

It works for her school district account!

Of note too: Apparently zoom can sometimes use a subdomain even for a personal account even if you visit a zoom.us URL. Like usweb04.zoom.us or something. This change is also needed for that.

Interesting! I've seen the usweb04 type in the wild too but figured it was still a paid acct, just not paid enough to get their own name :)
