Tentative: resolves #148 resolves #191
After a fairly long development period, blam.sav custom resolutions now work when the blam.sav is created by HXE.
Additionally, many more blam.sav offsets/enums were identified.
Finally, after many test runs, all additional issues that were created or identified during this branch's development were fixed accordingly.
