[SUGGESTION] Replace biofoam syringes #1340

Replace UNSC biofoam syringes with:

  1. A multipurpose hypospray-like device
  2. Biofoam cartridge to insert in the device
  3. Case/pouch that could be used to store the device as well as X amount of biofoam cartridges

Said device wouldn't be an instant injection if applied by another player. This is mostly to get rid of syringes carriers, aka players carrying shit loads of syringes. It'd be essentially a more... lore-accurate way to apply biofoam for the greebacks. The cartridges would be very small containers with ten units max for the reagent, allowing someone to store more of it if they wish, since it would seem biofoam has to be easily available.

This idea can be discussed to eventually balance it and make it a bit more interesting. Whatever really.
