Extend the virtualization settings by SOFTDirectChannelsRemix #6

This extends the virtualization settings by allowing non-matching input channels to be remixed into the closest output channels when virtualization is turned off.

Unfortunately AL_REMIX_UNMATCHED_SOFT doesn't work, so this branch is on stall for now.
